Important Disclosure

Cindie does not:

• Deny loans
• Make credit decisions
• Issue underwriting decisions
• Guarantee loan approval
• Provide legal advice
• Provide tax advice
• Recommend specific loan products
• Negotiate rates, fees, or loan terms

All lending decisions are made by licensed mortgage professionals and lender underwriting systems.

Human Oversight

All mortgage applications, loan recommendations, pricing discussions, disclosures, and lending decisions remain subject to review by licensed personnel. Consumers may request to speak with a human representative at any time.
